I checked and those seats are probably worth about $1500-$2000 but that's way out of my price range. GLWS

            Solved them with Airbag resistors

No. Are you trying to resolve a a similar issue with the TT?
If so, explain the problem you are having as I have become a fountain of useless knowledge on this subject of late!

tt has passenger occupant sensor, it detects if someone is sitting in the seat or not, extra fudging is required to get it to work, the yellow airbag resistors were not enough

Ah yes, you need to transplant your OCS sensor from your stock passenger seat to your recaro + change the seatbelt connector over. Is it not possible to deactivate the OCS sensor? They don't have that function on TT's in Europe.

so did you do the transplant? i bought an extra OCS mat, yes i had to move the seatbelt too, however i still get a seatbelt light for the driver side as i did not move that seatbelt buckle over

later i had some probs with the OCS mat as the airbag off light started coming on meaning no passenger airbag, in a newer vagcom update i found a way to disable the mat completely so the airbag is on all the time no matter what, eliminating the need for the mat, it wasnt documented before how to do this, the seatbelt thing can probably be defeated too with some coding but the possible values arent documented, i was trying to find someone in europe with these seats to give me their coding so far no luck

I didn't do a transplant because the Canadian R has no OCS on the passenger side. Just resistors and a vag com to clear the codes are all I need. My resistors are in but I'm waiting for an opportunity to do Vag Com.
It's strange that you get a seatbelt light on the drivers side because your drivers side Recaro should be fully functional with OCS and correct seatbelt connector wired in. Are you sure there isn't something wrong with the harness on the drivers side? Also, I'm assuming you've used OEM seats..

the tt had some different way of detecting the seat belt for the driver side, originally i had power seats, i believe some sensors were tied in with that wiring, since these seats are not powered that section isn't plugged in any more
