just as an update, heres whats been sold:

Front fenders, Wheels, coolant temp sensor, center console, armrest, poly trans mount, coils, hood.

Still up:
Angel Eye headlights, SMIC, JCV touchscreen Head unit 4 ECS coil packs (cs), TIP, ECS dogbone/pendulum trans mount, AEB Head, Lower Grille fogs with harness, Front and rear bumpers, passenger side mirror, door cards, heated black leather seats, Moroso Catch can and any misc engine parts.

were the valve guides reamed to proper spec?
seats cut?/ lapping done?

The head was decked, valve seats ground, not cut as well as the valves with a post grind lap. OE valve guides were used, not sure about guide reaming if its needed with OEM guides, but if your interested i could get that info for you.
The head held compression perfectly according to the pressure test after the head was built
