1985 Honda 80XLS Dirtbike - To a good home

**Going to a good home Tuesday July 31**

Hey all,

Quite sad to let this beauty go, this was the very first dirtbike i ever rode, learning on it was a charm back in the days. It has of course seen better days but as of late our whole family has outgrown it and we would like it to see it go to a good home, somebody who will take care of it and maybe teach their kids to ride one day

There is a slight issue with it, i'm still not sure what it is, sometimes the bike works perfectly, sometimes it just won't turn over, sometimes it will start only on rolling starts etc. I'm sure that will a little tinkering somebody could get this issue sorted out easily and have a very functional trail bike.

Again I'm looking to GIVE THIS AWAY to a good home so if you are interested in it let me know and you can swing by and grab it or we can make arrangements to drive it to your place since it is currently in the back of our van.

If my kid was older I would totally pick it up. Sadly it would sit in my garage until then though. But he wouldn't have to go far to ride it where I live!

is there a weight/age limit to the bike? say 180lbs, 19 years old?

I have thought on all the replies that i got and contacted the person who i though would enjoy the bike and have the most use for it in the sense that i was looking for.

This would be a perfect learners bike for my girlfriend.

Pity it is too big for my nephew. My dad takes him riding out in kelowna as my dad is building all the trails in bear creek.

FOR THE PEOPLE STILL CONTACTING ME ABOUT THIS, I HAVE ALREADY MADE MY DECISION AS TO WHO IS GETTING THE BIKE. Thank you for all your responses but I am not currently going to change my mind.

that thing is so bad ass. Was the bike I learned how to ride on (well close enough it was a 1985 XR80R)
