From my perspective they are pound for pound equivalent from a specification perspective (albeit R32's not having sunroofs) but I'm open to ideas and respect everyone might have a unique perspective on this. Even though they are the "Same" cars, often the JDM ones have slight differences in parts and locations of key service items. Like often, even being LHD the OBD port will be in a very different location. They often makes getting some parts difficult as to what fits as they may be different years for what was available in the local market. Even the 24v VR6's, some of them have different timing components than the same cars over here.
I've got my R8 listed up again. PPI just completed at Royal Oak Audi...all good for the next owner. Will definitely miss this thing. Please pass it on if you know anyone that might be interested.

30k is way more than I would like to spend. I'm hunting, looking for the right one. If anyone knows of someone who would to sell a nicely kept R32 please do let me know.
