Agreed on the timing belt thing, and i would be very leary about it because he says he can fill a 50L tank with $45, in my books that equates to using just regular gas instead of the 91 octane that VW recommends. That would make me worry about the oil that was used in the car. However it is a really really cheap 1.8t jetta with quite a few "upgrades" over the base model due to it being a wolfsburg.

I actually emailed the guy to see what mods are on the car.. and for what he has, the price is pretty fair, imo.

Here's what he said in his reply:

"mods:

Clear front marks
APR stainless cat back exhaust
VF engineering intake
United Motorsports ECU tune
United Motorsports DSG tune
H&R cup kit suspension
HPA core interlock lower motor mount (not installed)
SAI block of plate (not installed) (SAI: secondary air injection)
3M Di-NOC carbon film on all chrome interior pieces
3M Di-NOC carbon film on from grill (the part that was all chrome)
extra front grills - (was going to fabricate a badgeless grill)

I also have a set of 18" 2 piece AMG aero II with rubber that could go with car for the right price."

I told him to join the forum and say hello, but doesn't look like he is interested hahah. I did mention that there might be interest coming from a few people on this forum, so if you do message him let him know you are from Eurodrivers and he will probably be inclined to give you the best deal since we are enthusiasts and appreciate his car haha.

How difficult is it to install the turbos on them? High mileage too though.
