Thoughts and general concensus on what this thing is worth? I have my opinion and it's no where near the asking price.
Chatted with current owner, no service history known whatsoever. But because it's an Avant that doesn't seem to scare me away haha

I saw that too and emailed the guy about it. I asked about timing chains being done and a few other questions etc, his reply to me was "No" haha

I am still blown away that you could by 2 new Jettas for the price of an 8 year old RS4. It really stands to the quality of them. Make sure it gets an inspection at a shop that knows them before purchasing though!

Believe it... they are a fantastic car! Probably why I'm not overly bothered that mine hasn't sold yet.

And yes, definitely get these things looked at before purchasing. I would also caution you if you're out there looking to buy the cheapest RS4 you can find. You'll pay for that dearly in the first few years of ownership. For example, mine has had over $10K worth of proative maintenenave done on it in the last 24-36 months. In summary: You get what you pay for!
