You can just use a hose clamp. They usually come with one of those one time use hose clamps that are a PITA to use

you can buy that from home depot. they don't come with the clamp

Oetiker clamps. Actually German in design and the strongest one time use clamp you can buy I believe. We use them in installing draught beer systems.
