I have a factory downpipe for an alh (99-03) tdi, the catalytic converter has been removed and replaced with a straight section. Flex section is in excellent shape, I just don't need it. Great for a better sound, more turbo whistle and ditching a sooty cat does wonders for exhaust flow and MPG.
