The time has come to sell my winter beater as I finally need a truck. The car has been great but it definintely needs attention. It would be a great project for someone looking to get their hands dirty...
Car has never failed to start and never left me stranded...I have driven it daily in the winter for the past 2 years. Interior is in great shape, but pretty much everything else needs work lol.
Good
-Has been extremely reliable and fairly good on gas (~12L/100km)
-Interior in very good condition for it's age
-Power and heated seats work flawlessly
-Heater works perfect
Not so good (long list )
-Almost no oil pressure (believe it's the pump)
-Needs new suspension (shocks, and arms)
-Body is rusting
-Exhaust is toast
-Missing drivers side mirror glass and passenger side is faded badly
-Windshield is cracked
-Headlights are both cracked (one is shattered)
-Cluster lights are out but cluster works (could be a fuse, haven't bothered to check)
-Drivers window regulator is toast (and currently disconnected)
-Power locks aren't working (although I believe its just the connector as I've fixed it once before)
-Has new radio but get's very poor reception, also have original HU (bad wiring from HU to roof antenna?)
-AC doesn't work (could just be a recharge but I only ever drove in the winter)
This would basically be a start from scratch type of project from an exterior standpoint. I would love to see this thing get built up and restored to it's former glory...but I just don't have the time. I do however still think it is worth something as I drive it everyday without issue
Looking for $2000 obo, but if I get my asking price I'll throw in a second car!!!
I have a 1995 Audi 90 Quattro 5MT V6 with front passenger suspension damage that I'll give away with the car for asking price. It's silver on grey cloth, power everything, runs very well but can't be driven due to said suspension damage...would make a great parts car to take care of most issues on the Coupe.
2 quick pics from when I bought her...
TIA
