      I thought you no longer can take over a lease, only buy it out?

        when I called VW for the lease transfer fee they said nothing of it and I made it clear that was my intent.

          yeah i just checked out the website. interesting. if i ever need to sell my lease i guess it's possible. good luck with the transfer! leasing is a good way to go for lots of things.
