If you find someone selling a set of rims that will fit on my 2005.5 S4 and these tires will fit them let me know .

Been looking for a set of winter rims and tires. I was planning to go with 17's though.

The fitment on those tires is kind of weird. Normally you would run a 235/40/18 not a 235/45/18.

Seems like the extra sidewall might cause rubbing if you were lowered.

You would probably be best to hold onto these until after the first big snow when people who didn't plan are desperate for tires. Last year I sold a set of winter wheels and tires I paid $800 for for $1250 when the snow was bad.

i went bigger cause its a softer ride in the winter......i'm lowered and no rubbing on a passat wagon.
