Its a nice looking car, but seriously overpriced. The only way he'll sell it for that price is if someone clueless buys it, or someone too lazy to do their homework and look at importing from the states.

I don't know guys it's not that bad. Look at all the add ons he has. And don't kid yourself, if you import a car from US the legit way the costs add up. Ya maybe $25,900 is a little high but it says obo so something more reasonable could probably be negotiated.

I don't know the guy...I'm just saying. It's easy to say 'they are soo cheap in the states'. I've been looking at importing one for the past few months and to find a good condition low mileage stock one after taxes, duties, fees, exchange rate, and travel it adds up very fast. Not to mention the mods on this one.

And I've sold an american import and for some reason as soon as buyers hear it's from the US they think it should be dirt cheap. Not usually the case.

You can easily get a clean, much lower mileage car (>50,000 miles) for less than 20K cdn if you are patient and do a little homework.

Unfortunately its an unfair comparison cause its an MKV, and they do not hold their value nearly as much as the MKIV. at least on the tex they dont.
