This comes from the government of Alberta website:

"If the vehicle has a status of "rebuilt" at any Alberta registry agent, the vendor may have been obligated to disclose that status at the time of sale. The level of responsibility would best be determined in civil court action."

You are required to declare to any prospective buyer the fact that is a rebuilt or salvage status vehicle. It's a shame though as it is a nice car.

What I said was clear, I've seen your car around, it looks nice but buyers should be made aware of any condition that may affect the valuation of said car.

I see your car is on Kijiji as well, and if there is any status issue regarding this car it is not made clear on the Kijiji add.

Lock don't delete. Reason being if the new owner doesn't know it has a rebuilt status which is against the law when selling a vehicle. Not saying you lied to the person who you sold it too but it has been stated you didn't have it listed in your for sale add.

Only Dealers need to disclose if it has a rebuilt status, if it's a personal sale, it's buyer beware.
