  • BBS RC's FSOT

I know it's probably the wrong time to try and shift these with winter on the doorstep but bugger it! Consider them an early christmas present to yourself!

FSOT is a mint set of BBS RC's. I love these wheels and have debated on keeping them, but I upgraded in early summer and since then they have been sitting around gathering dust. About a month before I took them off, they were refurbished and so are pretty much immaculate. They come with original VW & genuine BBS centre caps and pretty much brand new Nitto NeoGen tyres. The tyres are mightily impressive; very quiet, very grippy and have a great tread pattern.

I also have a set of 20mm spacers available (@ extra cost) which will bring the rear wheels flush with the fender. And I can probably get my hands on a set of 10mm spacers which will do the same for the front.

I'm looking to get in the region of $1200. OK, OK so this is top-end money for a set but weigh up your options. Even the cheapest sets go for $600US+ out of the States with the added bonus of being rashed and/or curbed ($700CAD refurb, shipping & don't forget the exchange rate right now). This set needs for nothing as long as you stay away from curbs.

As always, the price is (somewhat) negotiable and I will consider trades (+/- $) for quality GTi parts; particular favs being exterior kit (sideskirts, rear valence & spoiler), HIDs & seats (ideally R32, but here's to hoping!), but lets see what you have.

Finally (yes I'm bored too!), on to the pictures:

Here are the wheels on the car (10mm & 20mm spacers), along with a close up of the hood for blackradon (It's a partially painted carbon fibre boser with Aerocatch pins and can be up for trade for a standard hood if someone is interested).

As for the specs, VeeDubArt is correct - 18"x7.5", 5x100, et 38.

As for the offers so far:
Ginch, I'm going to see how the sale of the wheels goes first before I consider selling the spacers seperately. Spacers are a must for these wheels in my opinion. You'll be the first to know when I change my mind however.

Yasek, I do like the look of those wheels on your car and am tempted, but I already have 2 sets of wheels so I'm inclined to say no at this point. However, I would be interested in your HIDS (as I'm sure a lot of us would be)! I have 20th Anniverary with HIDS for fogs.

Oh and cheers for the vote of confidence Duby T.

Wustefest is a must by the way boys and girls!!!!

                  Cheers,
                  Andrew

                    Hey Andrew,

I'm definately interested in the spacers so let me know how it goes. Also, any problems with rubbing at all?
