      i assume this is for stock intake manifold? just let people know... cause there is also a pd150 race pipe.

                your intake and head will still carbon up.(no brainer)
                but the bright side is your egr won't stick shut.
                you should've made your own\ ! Madd Max Style it would be way cooler.
                i'am building a couple now.
                anybody want to try a prototype ???

                  How is the intake still going to carbon up without the hot EGR gases? To create carbon you need oil (Which can come from the turbo or the CCV(which he has removed as well)) Heat, and soot. Now I understand that there is some heat, but the soot aspect of the equation is totally removed. Soot needs to be mixed with the oil, add the heat and you have carbon. The heat in the intake will not reach nowhere near the temp needed to change the oil properties. I pulled my racepipe off after 50,000 km's and there was a small oily film, but nothing else.

                    After doing some research on TDIclub I agree with Benjamin. I am going to probably work the racepipe into my turbo upgrade.
