Hey Dave I dont need a cable, but I do need one of my keys programmed to my clusters IMMO. I only brought one of the keys in when I brought it to you SCFC. Would you be able to do this at home?

do they work just like the real ones? adapation, logging, etc... ? that is a pretty good price if you ask me compared to the real vagcom cables, which from i remember are made in calgary anyway haha.

i lost my lube specialist serial cable i got for around ~$60 a looong time ago. and this is usb!

also, that immo3 cable, is that immo3 only? because i am pretty sure immobiliser3 is 2002+. i forget when immo4 starts, maybe the new mk5's...

dumb question, but i cant figure out which one i need...

is the 79 dollar one the only one or will the 39 dollar one do that?

The 79 dollar one (here) is the newest available to me and will do all of the functions you will ever need it to do and is for k line and can based cars. It will do logging, perform log ins, ecu coding etc. This cable works with version 805.0 which is very comprehensive.

The 39 dollar one (here) is used for k-line and can bus cars but only works with version 607.3 which is not as advanced as version 805.0.

The cables I sell are specific to the versions of software and they cannot be used for other versions of software or the cables will be rendered useless. That's the only downfall and why they cost so little as compared to the others available on the net.

I would recommend vag-can cable version 805.0. The software is readily downloadable for free, I can point you there.

                              Thanks for the questions
