Re: FS: 2000 Golf GLS 4dr TDI
Car looks good. this is what I was looking for last fall. not much came up though. ended up with my 2L mk3.
Would be a great car, and i'd expect it has a lot of life left in it. good luck with sale!
btw, i picked up a roof box on sale at racks unlimited, and all of a sudden my mk4 Jetta tdi has loads of space for the baby stuff again... just a thought. 400$ Thule box will be enough to tie me over for a while as far as space goes, and I don't have to get back in to car payments . Its a lot quieter then having bikes or something on the roof, and I got about 900km on the last tank (about 100km in calgary, rest on highway), so it really didn't cut in to mileage as much as i thought it might.
anyways, good luck regardless of which way you go!Stefan

Re: FS: 2000 Golf GLS 4dr TDI
thanks for the compliments on the car. i'm in Cochrane quite a bit.
as for parting,... not really sure that I want to take the time to do that at this point.
forgot to mention that all of the typical Mk4 issues have been dealt with on the car.
-brake light switch
-coolant temp sensor
-maf
-all windows have the new metal clips (didn't want a window falling in the door)
-floppy / crappy factory "skid plate" replaced with a real one
-2 switchblade keys included
-all manuals and VW binder come with the car
