  • 17" aez wheels with tires

17 inch aez wheels with 215/45/17 Kumho ecsta supra tires. A good amount of wear left on tires, a little bit of clear coat is peeling off of 2 wheels. They originally came from concept 1 about two and a half years ago and were on a 2000 1.8t beetle, he sold it and bought a 337 and i bought the rims off of him for my my wifes car but they look like poo on her car (not a VW). They are a 5 spoke wheel, kinda like a factory porsche? Anyone interested i will take a pic soon and post it. I paid $600.00 for them but am open to offers. Oh yeh i live out of town but we could figure that out later how to get them to the interested buyer, im in Calgary often...

Do you have any pics? It would be cool to see a pic of all 4 wheels/tires.

Are those wheels 5x100? What is the offset? ET35? ET38?

                  Pretty cool lookin' me thinks.

Yup they are 5x100... not sure of offset though, they were on a 2000 beetle (if that helps).

Gumby, good to meet you. I am happy with the wheels but I get really bad vibrations so I guess I need some hubcentric rings. I am not sure where I can get any for these wheels inparticular though, any ideas?

Try C1 Simon -- and you got wheels for the Golf... nice... now you need a TDI boost gauge!

Yeh thanks for the visit, I actually got my hub centric rings from Fountain Tire in Stetter (just outside of Calgary) The manager (Andy) is from Medicine Hat and he is a GOD for sizing wheels etc for custom applications. he can get what you need if c1 can't. Oh and in case anyone else reads this obviously the wheels are sold... thanks Simon!

I will be out and about in these, you will need your Revo to catch me though ;-) . They suit the car pretty well except for the exagerated wheel gap which is only to be expected on SUV suspension.
