  • FS: 225TT K04 Turbo Kit for all 1.8T

    My plans have recently changed as school has started again and i do not have the money to buy injectors or custom intercooler tubing and I am now selling all the parts that I planned on using on my car. I was thinking of building a Turbo upgrade kit comprised of OEM VW/ Audi parts. THis has been done by other enthusiasts and produces great performance gains with the reliability of stock parts. also if anything ever broke you can simply go to the dealer and order new parts. I figured this was the perfect upgrade using OEM parts with potential of 300-310 hp to the crank. so long as you use after market exhaust and a cold air intake. so i purchased all the OE parts to complete this kit.
    All the parts will direcly bolt-on to all 1.8t motors
    3" piping should be used for the intake and exhaust for the best results.
    All the parts listed below are brand new and have never been ran but have been test fit:
    **K04 Turbo from 225hp TT** larger than regular K04
    and is a direct bolt-on to all 1.8t's
    *Intake Manifold from 225 TT
    *Exhaust manifold from 225TT
    *MAF from 225TT
    * Spearco custom FMIC

    If you have any questions, please e-mail me hawaiimotorsports@hotmail.com or use the PM feature on this board i am located in california. SHIPPING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE I AM taking offers going from 1650.00 uds- 2000.00 usd depending on what the offers are this kit will net between 265-270 wheel HP

                Aside from custom fabricating an IC pipe or two, its not that big a deal. Just nobody has done it yet...

                Gambit on VWVortex tried this once, and gave up not because it didnt fit, but because he didnt do the IC pipe and had some trouble with a coolant line (both minor issues).

                Apparently, this is a common mod in Germany... one guy on Vortex from germany did this, netted about 270hp if I remember correctly.

                    Yeah, you could be wrong. That was a K04-001. The TT K04 (think its a K04-023, could be wrong) is a totally different beast i.e. bigger.

                      yah he used the k04-001, not the TT one.

                      and bighead is correct again, cars with the TT k04 are known to yield about 270hp, (thats what a 225 TT shows with just a chip)

                        I also think it would be a VERY difficult thing to fit the TT K04
