Hi all,
Put this on the "I really don't want to sell it, but the wife is making me"
This is the AEB swap that I bought from Crossflowcab.
1.8T AEB from Passat
Cable shift box from M3 Passat (perfect for MKII)
02A Transmission
AEB Intake manifold (longitudinal)
Euro Intake manifold - brand new - passenger side intake
AEB throttle body
Engine Wiring harness
Clutch and pressure plate.
K03 Turbo (2). One from this engine and another one I bought from eldo a few years back (the second one probably needs a rebuild)
Exhaust manifold from longitudinal Passat
Exhaust manifold from transverse Jetta 1.8T
Mild Steel exhaust manifold flange
Mild Steel turbo (k03) flange x2 (had to have them custom made)
enough tubing to make your own custom exhaust manifold (mandrel bends from columbia mandrel)
ECU
Pretty much all you need to swap this into a mKII or MKIII is:
The ABA accessories (ps pump, water pump, alternator, harmonic balancer...which needs to be shaved. I can give you a contact to get that done)
Intercooler
Charge Piping
Oil and coolant feed and return lines for turbo
Passat/Corrado Pedal cluster (not needed for MKIII hydraulic clutch cars)
Hydraulic master cylinder with firewall bracket from B3 Passat/Corrado
N75 Valve
The patience to wire it into your vehicle
$2100 Firm. I won't part it out. I have more than this into it already.
I'm in no way desperate to sell this. If it's still in my garage in 3 months, beware of a Tornado Red MKIII "VR6"
