2002 Wrb Wrx

Hey everyone! My buddy is selling his WRX and he asked me to make a post here.

Car is a stage 2 setup, following is the list of details/mods:

J&R up and down pipes (custom built by a shop called J&R in Toronto)
Greddy Evo2 cat back exhaust
Cobb urethane exhaust hangers
Cobb tranny mount
Kartboy SS and stiffened shifter bushings
TIC Klunk Killer comfort rear diff and outrigger bushings
Whitelne front strut tower brace
3/16 marine grade aluminum front skid plate
Fresh TD04 turbo (has about 30,000 KMs on it)
ECUTek/OpenECU, tuned by Rex
Prosport center dash triple gauge cluster with oil pressure, voltage and boost gauges
Pioneer MP3 head unit
0.5 farad capacitor
Pheonix Gold amplifier
JBL 10 inch sub in ported Bassworx box
1 set of WRX alloys with Toyo Garrit HT winter tires, TONNES of tread left
1 set of WRX alloys painted black, will need fresh summer rubber soon

All regular maintenance has been done by Getty Automotive and Roch Drouin Automotive services. TBelt job done in December, this car should not require any major maintenance in the near future. It is rock solid and has been completely reliable for me, I have put 45,000 KMs on it in the last year and it has never let me down. Currently has 159,000 KMs but drives like it was brand new.

Yeah no kidding, considering a brand new one is around 45K.

nah, i think its the STI thats around 45k new. brand new standard WRX can be lower than 30k or so i think. not that I can back that up with anything because I am too lazy to actually look it up.

still looks like a killer deal with all the mods and stuff though.

I think new wrx's are close to $40g's everything in and sti's near $50g's. Thats canada pricing of course.

That car was 35K +GST new, all in. I almost bought one. Would definately be a fun toy. The only thing that really drove me batty is that the seats don't fold down on the sedan. I think there's a pass-through for skis though. Bug eye model was my fav bodystyle especially in rally blue which that is.
