I know i have been trying to sell stock parts and what not on hear however i have come to my senses and realized being a month away from having my real estate license i will not be able to take clients around in such a car. so shes up for sale....hears a link to the add as i dont have time to redo it and upload pics again....... Ha you should see what my real estate friend drives. Put the airbags back in and you will have a way greater chance of selling it.

thanks for your oppinion, next time go take your hatred and bite your toungue....other than airbags nothing is tampered with, and most people with a momo wheel have tampered there airbags.......

hey pal, you may want to disclose to everyone that your a *******....i dont know what your problem is, the car is insured, many vehicles on the road are missing airbags due to sparco/momo wheels... if you have any more advice for me thats what the pm is for, this thread is intended for buyers

It's not advice for you. It's advice for the buyer. I would hate to buy a car that does not have airbags and not know about it. I would also hate to buy a car and no one tell me that one of the most important pieces of safety equipment has been played around with, especially seeing I don't believe this is something that is throughly inspected during an inspection?

I am not usually one to comment on sell threads however keep in mind that this is an internet discussion forum, not ebay.

Sorry man have to agree with Nordex. Even if you do put the airbag back in who is to say you did it right. What then if the person gets in an accident and they don't deploy and get seriously hurt or worse yet killed?

i am not sure how people are discussing this. you would have to be friggin retarded to look at a momo wheel like that, and expect an airbag to be in it.

i think it is as simple as if you are not interested dont post, im pretty sure any buyer would know what they are getting themselves into (unless you are a moron). even if he was to put the stock airbag in it would not be a big deal (3 screws and a yellow clip for the airbag). have you ever installed airbags before? Dosnt look like you have, so stop your useless bitching and let the man sell his car already

AHAHA for posting the fact that if you buy this car without the airbags you are going to have a hard time insuring this car or better yet whoever does buy it and tries to insure it is going to have to take it to a dealer and have them installed and last time I checked that's awfully expensive.

Again, as stonewall posted, the airbags have been removed and if they are re-installed I would not trust my life to some guy installing an airbag even if it's just a matter of 3 screws and a clip.

I'm not the guy who a few threads back was surprised to find out that my insurance would be dropped with a mod like this. So obviously some people don't know this and that was all I was simply pointing out.

Actually I was not aware of the fact that both bags must be connected for the system to work. I would have never had known I was also purchasing a car where the passengers airbag is not installed...

never woulda known, i guess thats the smarts you have, when i go hey this is the ps2 and flap up the area where the bag was the guy is gunna be like uhhh i didnt know these came stock with ps2, and assume the airbag is somewhere else, take a hike pal, this isnt even a FS thread anymore mods can delete it....

You got it. It's probably not a good idea to buy a car that is not a trailer queen, that has been modified to the point where a PS2 would come out instead of an airbag in an accident. I don't think you could insure such a thing unless its not to be driven and is for show only.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to remove or tamper with the airbags on an airbag equiped car, and try and sell it. Even taking the stickers off is an offense. Not sure if it's jail time or a huge fine though.

I suggest you don't sell your stock wheel and have the dealership reinstall it and certify that it's correct before selling or you could be in some serious ****.
