there is absolutely NO CHANCE this car will be parted out, so dont waste your time asking.

there is a genuine 30k into this car in the last 5 years.

the asking price is $11,500 canadian.
it is entirely negotiable, but lowball offers will not even get a reply.

car is in calgary, in a heated garage.
let me know if i left anything out, and please PM me for more information, or to make an appointment to look at it.

Wow, Beautiful car. Is this the car that was built originally in Ontario somewhere. I remember drooling over that car 3-4 years ago. It wasn't originally a 16V T though was it? Is the car turnkey ready or is it still a bit of a project? Lastly, does the owner live around Coachhill in the SW somewhere because I'm sure i've seen it around my house somewhere.

      Re: FS: mk2 golf 16vT

      hey.
the car was originally built by Kompressor Kanada. it was a disaster. they did some amazing bodywork, and put together a great car, but forgot to finish it. Thus, to make it what it is now, Elliott James has countless hours into this car, as do I.
The owner used to live up behind COP, which is likely where you saw it. it was never his daily driver, but it got driven for sure.

As for current status, it is turn key. i drove it literally every day for three months last year with no problems. it needs a clutch, and it will be replaced before sale (negotiable, of course)

i can vouch for the car. i was involved with the cars "import" from Ottawa. there is A LOT of time into this car. Mike has many, many hours into the car as well. it's a great machine, and has a lot of great ingredients now. should provide someone with a ton of fun.
if anyone has any questions about the car, feel free to PM me. i have been through the car entirely. (as has Mike)
