Hi All,
I'm looking for 1993-98 AAZ diesel injectors
from a Volkswagen 1.9L TD Gold, Jetta or Passat, in Canada
I need 5, but will buy all that you have if the price is reasonable.

Thanx for the offer, but the reason I am looking for used 1993-98 AAZ diesel injectors
from a Volkswagen 1.9L TD Gold, Jetta or Passat, in Canada...
Is to rebuild them with Mercedes nozzles, and balance them myself.
Though perhaps you have unrebuilt cores to sell?

Are you selling balanced sets with new nozzles? Where are your nozzles from? I am hearing/reading some bad things about the ones from India??

Maybe you could quote me a price on a set of 5 rebuilt with the Bosio DN0SD265 nozzles, and pop tested and balanced to 160 bar? That is, when you get the cores, you obviously don't want to take apart your work in stock.

Why do you need 5? I am not familiar with the AAZ's but every other diesel I have dealt with it has only needed 4.

Good question,
Although these two spring injectors are from the AAZ 1.9L VW ,what I am putting them into is a Mercedes 5 cyl. turbo diesel,(an '83 300CD). That is why I am looking for just cores because I would be using different nozzles (Bosio) and setting the pop for a bit higher pressure (160 bar)

Ahh good old classic diesel motors.

Yup they are very very robust engines. I am fairly new to diesels, but 'there are no fanatics like a convert'. There are a few of these motors that have been tweeked into putting out much more than stock horse power, but I think I will be happy with all that the stock IP and turbo are capable of.(And finding out exactly what that limit is will be an education!) Annnnnd these injectors should be more efficient and even a bit quieter too.
