13" Blizzak (almost new) on 4 x 100 (I think) steelies

My uncle found a set of winter tires buried deep in his garage from a car they no longer own. I didn't get all the details, but I know the tires are 13" and look brand new.

4 x bolt pattern....measured from centre of opposing holes and it was 100 mm.

Will likely let them go cheap.
