Selling my Baby 2001 S4

This car is part of my soul, but I am going back to school so I need to sell it.
I'm the second owner, originally a BC car, I've lowered it, 18" rims(original rims and tires as well)never winter driven, Body kit, never been modded(although I had plans to get her up to 550hp) Shes' got 135000 km, I've have kept up on the maintainence. I'm asking 30000, I have to sell it. Let me know what you think?

do you still have the stock bumpers and side skirts? I think it would sell quicker with the stock parts (ie. not a lot of people looking to buy an S4 like that look...just my opinion). Car looks great nonetheless, but the price is about 10k too high. For example, there is a pearl white S4 in Edmonton with under 90k for $24,000...just a heads up. Good luck!
