fair price for stock GTI sport suspension?

A friend of mine wants to buy my stock sport suspension. It has about 3000k on it. What's a fair price, and does anyone know if there is a difference in the shocks, or if it's only the springs that are different between a TDI and the GTI sport suspension?

i put 5000km used gli suspension on my jetta, which is simmilar i think, and i paid ~300$.

i've got a suspension from a 20th that has brand-new (VW) struts that I'd let go for $300. (was going to go into my golf... but something else made it in there)
