Well the rims alone retail for $3900, so whatever, if I don't sell 'em by winter I'll have a set of sweet winters, and a set of 16" steelies for sale. Just throwin' it out there. I'm not overly concerned either way.

The problem with selling stock wheels is that they are extremely common and that there are generally better (lighter, stronger, better looking) wheels available brand new from aftermarket companies for most any price.

          Good luck!

Yup. On vortex these wheels usually go for about $1000-$1200 USD in good condition with tires. Not trying to lowball you or anything, but if your going to sell them, at least ask for a fair market price.

Sorry dude.... nobody is going to pay that much for a set of stock GTI rims. You'll be lucky to get $1400 for them.

OEM wheels, or almost any OEM parts, are grossly overpriced as the manufacturer knows that if 1 needs to be replaced, there is only one place to get them, and insurance companies pay, so they charge a fortune and can get away with it...

I definitely would suggest keeping them for winter, and the simple fact is that if you ever sell your car or trade it in, you usually do better with all the OEM products on the car.

My vote is for you to keep them!
