What city are we staying at when we hit B.C? Are we staying on the mainland or are we going to the island? Did you guys book a hotel room?
Also
Where are we gonna meet the morning of July 27th? Do we have a meeting point? If not, how about Peter's drive in?
I gotta have more info guys.Tint sucks

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
Chelsea Inn is all booked.
The Best Western Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre has rooms though. Looks like its ~$150/night there.
Ramada Inn is ~$130/night
I haven't looked into any other hotels though. Anyone else can feel free...Last edited by Triple G; 07-21-2007, 12:18 AM.Graeme

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
Here is the information needed for the 29th. Got this off of www.dubberz.com
Heres the info for the cruise down:
Meeting place: Guilford Mall parking lot (If you don't know where this is just ask on here and I'll give you a better description)
Date: Sunday July 29th, 2007
Time: We will meet at 6:00am and will be leaving by 6:15 sharp. We don't want to be the last ones down there so we will not be waiting for anyone if you're late.
Don't forget if you are entering the show (even just for great parking) you can pre register online at www.waterwagens.com for $30.00 or you can register at the door for $40.00.
What to bring:
- FRS RADIO - You will need a radio with you. With this many cars and people on the road together you do not want to end up without a radio s:
- Cleaning supplies - Make sure the car is spotless by bringing your supplies with you.
- Identification for the boarder - You do not need a passport just yet, but you do need two pieces of ID to get into the states. Without it they will give you a hassle and probably not let you in :'(
- Snacks for the drive, be careful if you are bringing fruits or veggies cause they don't let you in with that stuff at the boarder :wall:
- A full tank of gas - There is a Chevron right down the road from Guilford, make sure you top off the tank. :hi:
- Map and directions - Print these off and have them handy in your car so you know where we are going to be.
The drive downt to Kent is pretty simple, but just in case anyone hasn't been there before I've put a link to the map below that you can print off.

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
So how many hotel rooms did you book? Not trying to sound like a dick or anything, just wondering what the deal is.
And its three nights at that hotel right?
Dean I prbbly gotta get a hotel in Cgy too so we can split the tab if u want.
Bump for original post, updated info!
I think phase two will be the main phase for the ED contingent due to the fact that we're all leave from different places and probably different times. So Aim for that Petro-Can at 4am on the 27th.Last edited by Coker Rat; 07-21-2007, 08:46 AM.Dylan

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
Read the first of my three recent posts... nothing has been booked
I don't even know how many people are coming and if they want their own rooms.
For Leavenworth we has 5 people in the one room. Some people may not like that and want their own room....Graeme

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
As it stands, my girlfriend and myself are deffinately going.
As for the hotel situation, I think we will be getting our own private room.
To further elaborate on Triple G's post in regards to the Best Western,
The Best Western Poco Inn and suites have rooms available for $129.00 for 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed.
They also have suites for $149 which include 1 queen, 1 double sofa bed and kitchenette.
Im sure if we look around a little more we could find an even cheaper place to stay. Im having a hard time trying to find other hotels on-line.Tint sucks

Re: Waterwagens 2007 Itinerary
I will take a look at hotel tonight aswell..
Im wondering if a room with a kitchenette would be a good choice? we will be there for 3 nights and that way we can get some lunch meat and bread and make sandwiches instead of going out for food as much?
